We get asked on a regular basis: What do you do? It’s a good question. As best as we’ve been able to summarize, here it is: We are missionaries, who pastor and mentor missionaries. The core of what we do is discipleship. The spirit of what we do is pastor. The scope of what we do is to provide a spiritual cover for young men and women who are aggressively pursuing their destiny in whatever Kingdom job God has given them. The joy in what we do is that we are thrust us into the lives of magnificent individuals who are really committed and sold-out to living Kingdom reality. Whether these kids are on the field or back home doing what God has called them to do, we get to be a part of the life story of world changers. The where of what we do happens all over the world. We are called to serve. HE decides where, when and how!
