Every Tribe International has been led by Mike and Patti Paschall since its founding in 2008. A board of directors oversees the ministry alongside them.
Rev. Michael (Mike) D. Paschall
President and Co-Foundermike@everytribeinternational.orgMike Paschall was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and raised in Texas. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a BSEd and from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, with an MDiv.
Mike enjoys mentoring pastors, missionaries, and people who are eager to serve others well. He also loves preaching, teaching, writing, time with family, meaningful conversation with a good friend, and the occasional trip to the golf course.
In 2013, he published the daily devotional Raw Talks with Wisdom: Not Your Grandma’s Devo. Shortly after, he and Patti wrote Til Death Do Us Part: Conversations With the Widowed: Marriage, Life, Death, and Love together.
Karen (Patti) C. Paschall
Executive Director and Co-Founderpatti@everytribeinternational.orgPatti was born and raised in Waco, Texas and married Mike in May 1977. She is often the first to greet someone with a warm smile, a big hug, and plenty of love. Mike is quick to say that Patti has the heart of a true pastor.
As ETI’s Executive Director, Patti oversees every gift that comes in and every dollar that goes out. She has also traveled to Malawi to spend time with Blair, the missionary ETI supports.
Family is at the heart of everything Mike and Patti do.
They have two daughters—Nicole, married to Steven Brewer, and Paige, married to Jon Egan—and six grandchildren: Isabel Rose, Jones Michael, Lewis Christian, Grace Irene, Esther Jane, and William Michael.
